The Housing Fund is a real estate operator whose one of the missions consists of renovating housing that it rents to large families in a precarious state or with modest income. The Housing Fund is launching this framework agreement relating to small repairs and small interventions within the housing he owns. As this is a framework agreement, the contracting authority is not able to precisely determine the execution locations and the quantities it will need during the execution of the contract. This market is mainly intended for Building management service and covers small-scale work.
