- The assignment concerns a framework agreement for performing the following performance: the maintenance and maintenance works on electrical installations of the buildings and land on the territory of the city of Ghent, owned or in any way (in any way) of Sogent and/ Or her subsidiaries. In the context of this assignment, the necessary maintenance and repair works must be carried out and followed. Patrimony -enriching or large infrastructure works are not included. This concerns the management of the maintenance of immovable property, mainly rented out homes to private individuals, administrative buildings and land. It is an assignment on call, which means that sogent and/or its subsidiaries will place individual orders. The patrimony, owned or managed by Sogent or its subsidiaries, is constantly changing due to new purchases and selling.
