- This market is a work market within the meaning of article 2, 18 ° of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement. The market is a framework agreement within the meaning of article 2, 35 ° of the aforementioned law. The purpose of this framework agreement is to designate an entrepreneur who will be responsible for renewing the electrical installation of certain dwellings (occupied or unoccupied) belonging to the house of men, as and when needs. The renewal of the electrical installation will be made complete or partially depending on the situation encountered on site. Indeed, some dwellings may have already partially benefited from electrical work. The various markets to go within the framework of the framework agreement will therefore aim for the renewal of the electrical installation. The electrical installations of the housing concerned no longer respond to the prescriptions of the RGIE (general regulations of electrical installations).
