Description: VDAB is looking for suppliers for renting construction site machines and lifting machines for the courses of VDAB (O.A. for the training to construction machine operator). VDAB wishes to close a framework agreement with several contractors per plot, whereby each assignment will be placed on the basis of a cascade system.
