Framework agreement with several entrepreneurs for leasings of articulated lifts and telehandlers
VDAB is looking for suppliers of articulated lifts and telehandlers (lifting machines), for VDAB courses. VDAB wishes to conclude a framework agreement with multiple contractors per parcel, whereby each assignment will be placed on the basis of a mini-competition. Concrete it concerns the following machines (per plot):-Plot 1: an (all-in) operational Leasing at 10 years (including insurance, maintenance and repairs) of articulating lifters with a height of 16 m for 2 or 3 people. - Plot 2: an (all-in) operational leasing at 10 years (including insurance, maintenance and repairs) of articulated high-height workers with a 16 m height, electric variant. - Plot 3: an (all-in) operational leasing at 10 years (including insurance, maintenance and repairs) of rotating telehandlers with a minimum of 5 tons of hoisting load and/or fixed telehandlers with a minimum of 4 tons of hoisting load. A four -year framework agreement is concluded per plot, which is more extensive by one year.
