Description:
VDAB is looking for suppliers of articulated boom lifts for VDAB training as a hoist operator. VDAB wishes to conclude a framework agreement with several contractors per lot, whereby each assignment will be placed on the basis of a mini-competition.
The duration of the framework agreement islasts up to six years. The basic assignment is four years. After the initial term, VDAB can decide to tacitly extend the assignment twice, each time by one year.
The starting date of the framework agreement is stated in the letter accompanying the conclusion of the framework agreement.
It goes concretelyto include the following machines (per lot):
- Lot 1: An (all-in) operational lease for 10 years (including insurance, maintenance and repairs) of Articulating Boom Lifts with a height of 16 m for 2 persons.
- Lot 2: An (all-in) operational lease for 10 years (including insurance, maintenanceand repairs) of Articulating boom lifts with a height of 16 m for 2 persons, electric variant.
Delivery location: The machines must be delivered to four training centers of VDAB: in Bilzen and/or Herentals and/or Roeselare and/or Zottegem.
