The contractor undertakes to fulfill the following tasks on behalf of POABI: - Developing and providing technical advice in the field of ports, port terminals and port connectivity - Specific assignments: • Logistics projects • Expanding hinterland corridors • Carrying out market studies • Supply chain management, from production to end consumer or “from farm to fork” • Transport regulations and insurance • Warehousing • Organization of dry hubs • Sustainable and future-proof business models in logistics - Drawing up (policy) advice - Project follow-up at home and abroad • POABI can delegate the contractor to all discussions, workshops, meetings that appear necessary for the assignment, both in domestically and abroad.
