Framework agreement for the selective collection of color -separated hollow glass from household use
This assignment includes the collection of color -separated hollow glass, according to the delivery method, which comes from domestic use in the city of Antwerp, including the recycling parks for the benefit of the City Management company. This also includes the glass of the hospitality industry. This service is part of the return obligation of Fost Plus of household packaging waste in accordance with the interregional cooperation agreement on the prevention and management of packaging waste. To this end, the contracting authority has concluded an agreement with Fost Plus, the recognized organism for household packaging waste. It is also the latter who will reimburse the performance that the service provider delivers within the framework of this assignment. City of Antwerp acts as a contracting authority and Fost Plus will, as further determined in this specifications, assume certain responsibilities.
