Description:
The assignment concerns the execution of subsequent security services on demand by a recognized external security firm, in accordance with the law of 2 October 2017 regulation of private and special safety.
In particular, but not limited, it concerns the following services:
1. closingand control rounds in the buildings and on the campus of UZ Gent;
2. Help to the hospital staff in the case of any incidents in the hospital;
3. Provide help and information to patients, family members, visitors, suppliers, ...
4. stress management and incident management;
5.protecting movable and immovable property;
7. Services in connection with supervision and control of persons, with a view to ensuring theSafety, places in the hospital or non -publicly accessible or not; This includes access control, parking monitoring, supervisory camera surveillance, intervention after alarm,
8. Supporting services i.v.m. the tasks of the badgehop;
9.Mobility tasks;
10. Simple administrativetasks;
11.dbating Helihaven.
12. Implementing money transports on the site (including emptying payment machines);
13. Interventions on barriers and payment machines
