- This assignment is put on the market because the city of Ghent wants to introduce parking enforcement with scan cars. The assignment concerns a framework agreement with one service provider for the purchase, implementation, maintenance and support of hardware scan modules and accompanying software for checking the parking rights of parked vehicles. These hardware scan modules must be mounted on the vehicles made available by the city of Ghent. The hardware scan modules must communicate with the back office software for the assessment of the observations and the processing of the fees. This back office software is not part of the assignment. In addition, a data -driven routing software and (optional) a resource planning tool are also asked for a data -driven routing software.
