Description:
The City of Bruges wishes to carry out a number of assignments on call for the recovery and adjustment works at the HVAC (and Sanitair) installations through this framework agreement. Below is a non-limitative list of repair or adjustment works that can be allocated through this Framework agreement: - the replacement of leaking water pipes (central heating or sanitary), in and around a building or upper or underground; - for example, replacing a gas pipeline after an unfavorable inspection of gas density, in and around a building or upper or underground; - repairing a central heating collector; - restoring a solar water heater; - replacing thermostatic faucets in a building; - the repair or replacement of a defective part: pump (central heating or sanitary), heat exchanger, crane, 3-road valve, relay, ...; - repair works on controls or regulations; - The addition to whether it replacing radiators (including the removal of the old radiators); - replacing defective part of central heating, ventilation, cooling; - Starting up a number of heating boilers at the start of the heating season, including fully operational installation and all necessary tasks for proper functioning such as the venting of the central heating system; - preparing a operating manual with basic instructions for a building manager or caretaker; - Restoring parts of sanitary installations (for example, magnet valves, Thermostats ...
