- Framework agreement for rental and maintenance of linen and work clothes and maintenance of personal clothing 2026-2032 Explanation: This assignment includes the rental and maintenance of bed linen and work clothes for the staff of the residential care centers. In addition, the task of washing, drying, (manual) ironing/pressing and folding the residents' personal clothing, as well as additional laundry services, such as repairs. The contractor is responsible for collecting the dirty laundry and maintaining it of the laundry and returning the clean, maintained laundry. All this is done with attention to punctuality, quality, hygiene, sustainability and correct recognition of the garments. Place of provision of services (this list is non-exhaustive and may change during the term of the agreement): •Aymonshof residential care center, Gentsesteenweg 3, 9200 Dendermonde •Residential care center De Cocon, Rosstraat 64, 9200 Dendermonde Exclusivity: This government contract does not grant any exclusivity right on the part of the service provider. Estimate: For the full term of six years, the contract is estimated at EUR 2,001,255.05 excl. VAT, or EUR 2,421,518.61 incl. 21% VAT.
