Framework Agreement for the Renovation of Sanitary of Idea Stations
This framework agreement aims to appoint a company to which the contracting authority may appeal for the renovation of the sanitary equipment of several pumping and water treatment stations that have become obsolete. Each station to renovate will be subject to a subsequent market concluded with the adjudicator of the Framework Agreement. The work includes the disassembly and evacuation of the dilapiden installations and the supply and assembly of new equipment. It is a framework agreement over a maximum period of 4 years within the meaning of Article 43 of the law of June 17, 2016, concluded with a single successful tenderer in charge of carrying out these benefits. Each station renovation will be subject to a subsequent market (specific command).
