Description:
The contract to which these special specifications apply includes all deliveries, services and works that are in principle included in these specifications and are specified in the descriptive bill of quantities as well as in any other contractual document.
The purpose of this contract is the execution of the worksand supplies necessary for the installation of HVAC and low-voltage equipment in the technical rooms of various stations of the Brussels Region metro.
This includes, among other things:
- The supply, installation and commissioning of the production and distribution of chilled water in various stations of the metro network of the Brussels-Capital Region;
- The supply, installation and commissioning of CFE systems in various stations of the metro system of the Brussels-Capital Region;
- The supply, installation, connection and commissioningof low-voltage electrical equipment, HVAC and the renewal of existing data room installations in various stations of the metro network of the Brussels-Capital Region;
- The installation of specific lighting equipment;
- The occasional renewal of the switchboards of thee divisions;
- Minor refurbishment of premises (brickwork, painting, partitions);
- The supply and installation of a scheme for the new installations mentioned above, as well as the renewal of outdated schemes for existing installations.
