Description:
This market consists in the conclusion of a framework agreement and, following it, of subsequent markets having for the purpose of the supply of anti-manging for the digesters of the Brussels southern treatment plant, as Hydria needs. The anti-moss must make it possible to eliminate and/or avoid the formation of mullet on the works. The objective of framework is to designate three bidders who submitted the most advantageous offer on the basis of award criteria specific to the framework agreement (see title I. Part I. "Assignment criteria applied to the framework agreement"). During each subsequent market, these three economic operators will be submitted in competition on the basis of specific allocation criteria for subsequent markets (see "award criteria applied to subsequent markets").
