• Description:
• The purpose of this public service contract is to outsource the coordination of safety and health (CSS) for all temporary and mobile construction sites and managed by the Buildings Department of the City of Wavre requiring it during the phase studies and/or the construction phase for a period of one year, tacitly renewable three times. Two phases are provided for by this contract: Item 1: Phase 1 “Project coordination” Item 2: Phase 2 “Coordination-implementation” Each phase of each project will be the subject of a separate order. In the event that no follow-up is given to the project approved by the municipal authority, no compensation of any kind whatsoever may be due to the successful bidder with regard to the Phase 2 "Coordination-execution", this being the subject of a separate order and it being understood that the services carried out within the framework of the said project will be remunerated in Phase 1 "Coordination-project".
