- The purpose of this contract is:
- the supply of polymers (in emulsion or powder) used in the system for dewatering sludge produced in wastewater treatment plants. The market also includes polymers (flocculants) used for water treatment in these same organizations.smes;
- delivery of polymers to members' sites. Deliveries are to be made in
different packaging depending on the site concerned;
- technical monitoring of the products supplied in the form of visits by a specialized technician
to check that the performance of the product is maintainedlymer;
- possibly (as a mandatory option) the recycling or destruction of empty packaging in the case of the supply of emulsion polymers, that is to say the recovery, cleaning and repackaging or elimination packaging.
According to the price conditions obtained fromu or successful bidders and the results of the industrial tests on the standard stations, potential members will confirm or deny their effective membership to the central market.
