• This framework agreement concerns assistance to the project management within the framework of various maintenance and optimization projects of the IT installations of the Parliament of Wallonia. The framework agreement consists of providing guidance, technical assistance and strengthen the team of the IT Service of the Logistics Department of the Registry of the Parliament of Wallonia (hereinafter the IT Service) in particular for and within the framework of the following operations: - the audit and repair of installations existing IT and telecom systems, including the electrical installations that serve them; - the study and recommendation of modifications, improvements, additions and technological updates; - the study and preparation of documents programs; - the study of summary and detailed preliminary projects (for example, the study of the preparatory phase of design and technical planning preceding and the realization of maintenance or optimization projects for installations); - updating provision of IT resources (including one or more systems engineers, web developers, application developers, data analysts, cloud technology experts, information systems architects, application experts production and project managers) as well as technical skills; - the implementation of a cybersecurity strategy with the provision of one or more security analysts; - assistance...
