- This assignment must lead to a non-exclusive framework agreement and purchasing center with one supplier for the supply and installation of an (ANPR) camera infrastructure and the associated cloud-based software solution for the detection of infringements and the correct follow-up and handling of resulting (GAS) fines, including collection. The contractor provides a full package of services for the enforcement solutions. In addition to installation and configuration, this also includes the integration of the solutions with existing systems and the necessary services to ensure proper functioning of the solution, such as training, monitoring of the infrastructure and solution, hosting of the solution(s), maintenance and support services, as well as, where necessary, advice on the deployment of the selected solution. This assignment is a mixed assignment. The supply of the specific hardware and software components of the various enforcement applications form the delivery component of the assignment. The management and hosting, including the monitoring of the infrastructure and solutions and the associated maintenance and support services as well as the integration of the solutions into larger entities and the associated customization and advisory services, largely form the service component.
