Description:
Within the hospital there is a need for a uniform and sustainable solution for the night tables, both with and without a fridge.
This assignment is awarded as a framework agreement with 1 entrepreneur with a duration of 5 years, with a possible extension of 2 years.
The delivery will take place on Two campuses:
Campus AZ Sint-Jan, Ruddershove 10, 8000 Bruges
and
Campus Sint Franciscus Xaverius (SFX), Spanish Loskaai 1, 8000 Bruges
In order to ensure that the implementation runs smoothly and to spread the logistics pressure, a phased delivery is proposed:
Every 3 months a delivery of 40 night tables With fridge and 30 without a fridge.
This process is repeated until the desired total number of night tables is reached.
Adjustments in the number can be made depending on the needs of the different departments.
The contract will start on the first month after the final award.
Based on We expect an estimate of the procedure that the award will take place around November - December 2025.
