- These specifications relate to a government contract for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase and supply of IVF medicines, intended for use within the URG service of the Regional Hospital Heilig Hart Leuven. The assignment is awarded in the form of a framework contract with several lots, each lot covering a separate category or type of medicinal product. Tenderers can apply for one or more lots, in accordance with the provisions of this specifications. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial term of two (2) years, with the possibility of two (2) extensions of one (1) year each, so that the maximum term of the framework agreement is four (4) years. The extensions are exercised under the same conditions as those laid down in the original framework agreement, unless otherwise stated in these specifications. The quantities stated in this file are solely estimated for the maximum duration of four (4) years and serve solely to allow tenderers to prepare a correct and comparable quotation. These concern estimated quantities, from which no commitment to purchase can be derived. The effective orders are made according to the real needs during the term of the framework agreement.
