• The object of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement, with one contractor, for a maximum of 48 months, for the supply, installation and maintenance of various rehabilitation equipment - as included in the inventory. Maximum size of the assignment: The maximum value of the assignment over the entire term is set at € 300,000.00 excl. VAT. The contracting authority points out to the tenderers that the presumed quantities were not taken into account when determining this maximum value. that are included in the inventory and this maximum value is therefore not an indication of the quotation amount with which registration can be made. On the other hand, it concerns the maximum value of the framework agreements, determined on the basis of the maximum te order quantities across all calls that can be placed within the framework agreements. In order to monitor the size of the contract, expenditure within the framework agreements will be monitored and measures will be taken as described below; on the one hand to prevent the maximum value of the assignment from being exceeded and on the other hand to ensure continuity in the execution of the assignment for existing customers guarantee.
