- The public contract concerns a framework agreement with regard to purchase, configuration, installation and maintenance of electronic cabinets or setups for efficient and safe storage and picking of medication and medical articles, this in nursing departments and medical-technical services, integrated with The ADT, EPD and pharmacy software from the hospital.
We strive to distribute 80% of the prescribed medicines through the pharmacy, 20% are picked out of the medication boxes/setups by the nurse. For the Medical-technical services are 100% of the prescribed medication from the electronic medication cabinet/setup.
The cabinet must support the nurse to the correct exhaust of the medication. Also the Setup support the traceability of the removed medication to the maximum. Access to the electronic cabinet must be regulated by bathing control where it is possible to define powers per user (or user group). In addition, the system offers the possibility to After accessing the entire cupboard, authorized users (groups) to give access to certain locations, also due to bathing control.
