- The cellulose preparation is used when capillary, venous, mild arterial bleeding needs to be stopped and normal measures are not available, cause too many technical problems or take too much time. The preparation can also prevent bleeding in the early postoperative periodmen.The numbers in the appendix/inventory are the maximum numbers that can be purchased under this agreement.
