Description:
The contracting authority wishes to draw up a framework agreement for the purchase of 10 (probable quantity) coagulation devices with trolley (required option). A number of devices are located on a trolley and a number are placed on a shuttle. Both serve for the devices offered situations are possible. These devices are used for the following disciplines: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology and Gynaecology. The term is 4 years with a possible extension of 4 x 1 year. The quantities in the inventory are the probable quantities for a term of 4 years. For the quantities stated in the maintenance contracts, the contracting authority assumes: Items 4 & 5: 5 units on the assumption that there will be 5 units in-house over the course of these 2 years. This amount is presumptive. Items 5 & 6: 10 pieces assumed that after 4 years there will be 10 devices in the home. This amount is presumptive. The devices offered must be compatible with all installations, accessories and disposables (coagulation plates, electrodes, pens, smoke extraction system, ...) used in the Damiaan en Serruys hospital. be present. The contractor is responsible for the delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the equipment.
