Description:
Explanation: This assignment concerns the delivery and maintenance of coagulation devices in Zorg Hospitals (AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem vzw (SEZZ) and vzw Werken Glorieux in Ronse (MSF)).
The devices must contain monopolar and bipolar outputs.
Also included in this assignment are it Delivery of accessories such as trolleys, pedals, cabling etc. In short, all parts and any specialized tools that would be necessary for the desired operation within both hospitals.
Not included in this assignment is the delivery of the consumption material, the 'coagulation plates', These are already purchased separately by both hospitals at the 3M company.
Your coagulation device must have the necessary compatibility certificate, to be able to function with the 3M coagulation plates, to be able to submit a quotation.
The purchases within a framework agreement, are planned according to the following schedule:
Probable quantities:
2025: SEZZ: 4
2026: SEZZ: 4
2027: SEZZ: 4 + SHG: 5
2028: SEZZ: 3
The contracting authority, AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem vzw (SEZZ), conducts the procedure and also performs in the name of VZW Werken Glorieux (MSF).
The delivery places are thus:
- AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem vzw (Sezz), Godveerdegemstraat 69 in 9620 Zottegem
- VZW Werken Glorieux (MSF), Glorieuxlaan 55 in 9600 Ronse
