Given the importance of this environment for the operation of the administration, the provincial government must guarantee the continued operation of the Documentum system. For this, maintenance must be paid for on the existing one licenses, upgrades must be carried out if necessary and the necessary support must be provided. Health checks and any resulting corrective maintenance must also be carried out on a regular basis. It is also possible that support is requested for additional projects regarding Documentum. We are considering, among other things, transferring existing information to an archive system or making the information available for internal AI projects.
