Description:
Object of these deliveries: framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of infliximab IV.
Explanation: The assignment has a fixed term of 2 years, possibly 2 times extended by the client by 12 months with a maximum of 48 months, in accordance with the conditions included in the KBof 13 September 2023 establishing special rules on government contracts for biological medicines, Article 2 (see II.5 Duration and delivery period).
