- This assignment is a framework agreement in application of art. 2, 35 and art. 43 of the law of 17/06/2016 whereby only the stated unit prices are binding. The framework agreement is concluded with one contractor per lot and all conditions are included in the specifications. Access to the framework agreement is reserved for the entities of the Agency for Nature and Forests. Orders for the assignment can only be placed by the designated managing official of the framework agreement and the appointed file handlers. The various partial assignments, also calling off mentioned, each consist of one or more of the activities listed below (non-exhaustive): a. Deployment of the correct machines and various employees for the execution of the assignment b. Placing the necessary signage c. If necessary, provided with ramps d. Removal and takeover of the management residues if requested. Duration of the framework agreement: The term of this framework agreement concerns 1 year of implementation and commences on the date of conclusion. This framework agreement can subsequently be extended a maximum of 3 times, each time for 1 implementation year.
