Description:
The assignment includes the contracting of services for the contracting authority and the entities that may rely on this framework agreement. The tenderer will be responsible for collecting overdue tax and non-tax claims, as stated below more assessments for municipal taxes, municipal administrative sanctions, associated costs and interest. In addition, various non-tax claims must be collected (invoices, recovery of wages, compensation, etc.). The assignment includes also engaging a bailiff for the collection of various non-tax claims on behalf of OCMW Leuven and Childcare Leuven. Finally, the bailiff will also have to carry out various ad hoc assignments at the request of the client.
