Atriaas Framework Agreement Projects and Exploitation
For follow -up assignments, mini competitions will then be organized between these contractors. The specific Follow-up assignments (mini competitions) can be both result commitments and resources commitments or combinations of both, for example in Capped Director or a Taas (team-as-a-service). The follow -up assignments should be seen as small projects with their follow -up and a further driven End-to-end responsibility that is put into competition. It is not about merely searching for profiles. There are already current framework agreements where contractors can be put into competition, these will not be stopped. The fact that with a certain contractor a Agreement was concluded, does not necessarily imply that follow -up assignments will actually be purchased. No minimum commitment is made. The conclusion of a framework agreements does not mean that the contracting authority is committed to a volume to performance nor to purchase a certain amount.
