Description:
This assignment concerns a framework agreement for the professional taking care of 13 own beek units and the delivery of beekeeper products for the Botanic Garden Meise. The selected supplier is responsible for: placement of 13 hives in the bee stable and surroundings, located on the domain of Botanic Garden Meise. The bee stable is a fixed part of the real estate of the botanical garden. Regular check, maintenance and follow -up of the hives and bee colonies throughout the year. Take care of the health and well -being of the bee colonies, including prevention and control of diseases and parasites, in accordance with the applicable veterinary and beekeeping technical guidelines. Registration of the bee colonies in accordance with the legal obligations. Honey harvesting, processing and packaging in glass jars of 250 g and 500 g, equipped with a private label of botar garden Meise. Delivery of the finished product on call in Meise, with a minimum amount of 60 kg per delivery. The supplier is also responsible for the timely and in accordance with the products in line with the needs and specifications of the contracting authority. If certain products are temporarily not Being available at the supplier, the contracting authority reserves the right to purchase these elsewhere.
