Description:
Framework agreement for preventive, curative and project-based maintenance of the Antwerp town hall (gross area 10.171m2-Net area 6.524m2). The Town Hall is included on the UNESCO World Culture Heritage List as part of the group registration Belforten in Belgium and France.The town hall was built between 1561 and 1564, designed by architect Cornelis Floris de Vriendt, mostly in Renaissance style. After the destruction in 1576, it was largely restored in 1580. From 1853 to 1898 it was thoroughly restored, both exterior and interior. From 2018 to2022 A final thorough restoration and also adaptation to current space was carried out energetic needs. With this placement procedure, the contracting authority aims to conclude a framework agreement with a duration of 4 years regarding the - further explained - maintenance ofUrban patrimony. More specifically, it concerns the maintenance of the following real estate: the Town Hall, Grote Markt 1, 2000 Antwerp.
