In view of the specific works that must be carried out in the future by the Maritime Infrastructure Service, there is a need, when the works require this, to have a telescopic crane with different lifting power.
With this framework agreement, POAB wants very flexible to be able to work and be able to respond to specific circumstances, so that a crane is available in a very short term and at all times of the day.
