Poolstok wishes to further expand the Development Services (in Company) and wants to offer an answer to challenges that Flemish public and para-public organizations, located in the Flemish and Brussels region, today stand in the field of development. Much possible to take into account the specializations that are present on the market in order to be able to designate the most suitable party to its customers/partners for a specific question. In order to meet the objectives of Poolstok, namely in a professional, effective and efficient way, are responsible for the implementation of assignments regarding development that are entrusted by its members, or partners and potential naps (government organizations and contracting authorities in the wider para-publicic Sector, see above), Poolstok will work with framework contracts with one or more service providers who are active in this market. This means that Poolstok will place specific assignments depending on its needs and in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and the framework agreement still to be concluded.
