The contracting authority is looking for a partner who will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of the HVAC installations in ZOL Maas and Kempen. The purpose of this is to guarantee reliable, safe and efficient HVAC installations.
The assignment is closed for aInitial period of 36 months, but with the possibility of extending by 24 months.
The assignment will be described in detail in the second phase of the placement procedure, being the award phase.
The estimated value for the realization of the assignment present here is € 450,000(excluding VAT).
The framework agreement has a maximum value, over the full duration of the assignment, of +/- € 675,000 (excluding VAT).
