- The contracting authority is looking for partners on the one hand who will be responsible for, among other things, the preventive maintenance of the HVAC installations and/or cleaning the air ducts spread over different locations.
The purpose of this is to guarantee reliable, safe andHVAC installations and air channels working efficiently.
On the other hand, the East Limburg hospital wishes to enter into a partnership with a partner who will be responsible for the delivery of air filters that are necessary for the maintenance to be carried out.
the preventive maintenance of HVAC installations and theDelivery of air filters can be carried out on campus Sint-Jan, Campus Sint-Barbara and the Medical Center Andre Dumont. The cleaning of air ducts should be carried out on campus Sint-Jan, Campus Sint-Barbara, the Medical Center Andre Dumont and ZOL Maas and Kempen.
The assignment will be in detailBeing described in the second phase of the placement procedure, being the award phase.
The estimated value for the realization of the assignment here is +/- € 1,510,000 (excluding VAT).
