Description:
Framework agreement for the operational leasing of status, service and utility vehicles 'AR PASSAGE. The purpose of the framework agreement relates tolong-term leasing (i.e. operational leasing, the duration of which can vary from 36 to 84 months), all services included, without purchase option, of multi-brand, electric, plug-in hybrid, hybrid and heat for the benefit of in BW (on payment of a monthly rent). Besides puttingprovision of the vehicle, the framework agreement covers all the additional services customary in an operational leasing (vehicle maintenance, taxes, repairs and replacement vehicle if applicable) for the entire duration of the provision of the vehicle, with the exception of offensestransport, fuel and electricity. Number of vehicles (presumed quantities): 150.- Lot 1: 70- Lot 2: 80 All the terms governing the framework agreement are not set out in these special specifications. The use of the principle of the framework agreement is justified in this case by the fact that,on the one hand, all the terms of the agreement do not appear a priori defined at this stage, and, on the other hand, the contracting authority is unable to specify today a) the vehicles which will be actually chosen by the beneficiaries/drivers, during subsequent orders...
