- This assignment includes a framework agreement for appointing a maximum of three leasing companies that offer full electric and plug-in hybrid commercial vehicles, including all associated services (including taxes, insurance, breakdown assistance + replacement car, loading options/loading card, tire change, Maintenance, etc) that contribute to a smooth and efficient mobility solution. In addition to the range of vehicles within a certain budget class, the client also attaches great importance to operational support and service quality. The procedure for this assignment will be in different Phases are to guarantee a careful and transparent selection of the most suitable leasing company. In a first phase, the assignment is awarded to a maximum of three leasing companies based on the predetermined selection and award criteria. A mini competition will be made by call take place between the selected leasing companies. The definitive quotes are requested and compared to each other for a certain type of vehicle. The quotation that best fits in with the proposed award criteria will be assigned the call. In the first instance two vehicles are taken.
