Description:
1. Through this current assignment, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016, with reference to "P8644 Framework Agreement for the operation of a national 'all-inclusive' kidney preservation platform for hypothermic machine perfusion (HMP) of donor kidneys for transplantation" with one (1) entrepreneur.
2. The assignment includes operating a national 'all-inclusive' kidney preservation platform to store donor kidneys using Hypothermic Machine Perfusion (HMP) from the moment of removal (in a Belgian donor hospital) until transplantation (in a Belgian kidney transplant center).
3. The Contracting Authority will therefore initially conclude a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer.
4. The Contracting Authority will thus comply with the conditions set out in this framework agreement services, but the Contracting Authority can always consult the Entrepreneur who is a party to the framework agreement in writing and, if necessary, request him to supplement his quotation.
5. The duration of this framework agreement runs from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2030. Provided that After a notice period of 3 months, the Contracting Authority can terminate the framework agreement at any time, without giving any reason.
