- Framework agreement with one supplier for the delivery of last supply materials This assignment is a framework agreement, i.e. that it will be carried out by placing assignments based on the framework agreement (orders) depending on the actual needs of the orderers. In the context of this framework agreement, each order is considered a separate assignment, regardless of the execution of the other orders. The implementation of this framework agreement will start from 03/11/2025. For a detailed description of the assignment, we refer to part 3, technical provisions, of this specifications. Support and additional training instructors: The tenderer must also offer an annual additional training (included at prices) about product revelations and market trends. The tenderer must also be able to provide the necessary support due to the optimal use of the products.
