Description:
In the context of the assignment, the contracting authority aims to conclude a framework agreement as referred to in Article 2, 35 of the Law of 17 June 2016 (as defined below). This means that the award procedure has the object to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier with The aim of the conditions to be placed for a period of six years, in particular with regard to prices and any intended quantities. The object of the assignment is a public contract for deliveries, as referred to under Article 2, 20 of the Law of 17 June 2016 (as defined below) and with the object of framework agreement for delivering licenses for plagiarism control and feedback system in the Moodle learning environment, the content of which is further described in part 4 - technical provisions and special implementation conditions - of the specifications.
