- Rental, installation and maintenance of electricity-powered Christmas lights and Christmas ornaments in the center of Aarschot and the center of Rillaar Rental, installation and maintenance of solar-powered Christmas lights and Christmas ornaments in sub-municipalities: Ourodenberg, Gelrode, Gijmel, Langdorp and Wolfsdonk The assignment concerns the rental, installation and maintenance of Christmas lights and Christmas ornaments in the center of Aarschot and Rillaar, as well as in the sub-municipalities. The lighting elements should enhance the street scene during the Christmas period dress nicely and must be clearly visible, both during the day (when the lighting is turned off) and in the evening. The assignment consists of: - Renting Christmas lights and Christmas ornaments for the end of year periods 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 and 2029-2030, using the existing cables over the streets; - Installing, connecting, disconnecting and dismantling the Christmas lights and Christmas ornaments; - The maintenance of the Christmas lights and Christmas ornaments; - Providing the necessary connections and links for electricity to the existing event cabinets in the city; - Providing the necessary connections and batteries for solar energy in the sub-municipalities.
