Description:
The city of Aarschot wishes to appoint a supplier for a period of 4 years for the delivery of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) with by-products (such as chips, coffee milk cups, instant soups, ...) and support material (such as tables, chairs, tap installations, refrigerators, refrigerators, refrigerators Parasols etc.) For the 4 entities of the Local Government Aarschot, namely the city, the OCMW, the AGB and the police zone.
This concerns both deliveries for internal consumption to the offices, schools and the OCMW institutions as well as deliveries for consumption in the cafeterias of, among others, the Cultuurcentrum Het Gasthuis, De Klinker youth center and the consumption of drinks at events such as the Winter van Aarschot, the summer of Aarschot, New Year's reception, cultural activities, etc.

The State quantities in the inventory are suspected quantities and there are no guarantee that the estimated quantities will also be ordered. On the other hand, it is never possible to order more than the maximum ordering amount of 803,700 euros excl. VAT.
The specifications are based on the current situation. During the term of the framework agreement, cafeterias, events and delivery locations can be added or disappear.
