Description:
The City of Ghent, which acts here as a client of its own sub -assignments and as a purchasing center for third -party tenderers, wishes to conclude a framework agreement for assignments from architecture design of projects on the territory of Ghent and this for two plots; Plot 1 - small architecture collects and plot 2 - large architecture collects. For both plots, the city of Ghent appoints ten service providers (ten for plot 1 and ten for plot 2) for the duration of the framework agreement (4 years) based on the award criteria set below. The concrete sub -assignments (of the city of Ghent or third tenderers) are then granted per parcel as a result of a mini competition between the three of the ten retained service providers within the relevant description on the basis of a "smart roulement" (see 2.4.2.2 for the description) plot. The duration of the sub -assignments can exceed the duration of the framework agreement.
