• Description:
• 1. General The subject of this assignment concerns the appointment of one multidisciplinary design agency within the framework of a framework agreement for the provision of integrated design and engineering services, mainly for technical (MEP) projects within the heritage of the University of Antwerp. The framework agreement aims to provide a sustainable and flexible cooperation framework for both initial assignments and future partial assignments on demand, the nature, timing and size of which at the time of publication cannot be determined exhaustively. In that context, the design team can be deployed for: • on the one hand, two concrete projects to be started simultaneously with a high technical and organizational complexity, short lead times and a intensive design phase; • on the other hand, multiple sub-assignments on call, with varying complexity, scale and simultaneity, the concrete scope of which is determined each time the call is made. The nature, timing and scope of the partial assignments can be mutually exclusive vary and are not fully captured at the time of publication. 2. Nature and core of the service The assignment concerns a service assignment for technical advice, engineering and project management, with MEP techniques as the guiding principle discipline. The term MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) stands for the whole of technical building installations: HVAC, electricity and plumbing.
