- The STIB wants to conclude a framework agreement with an external security service with a view to strengthening the STIB security through reception, security and security assignments in the buildings, vehicles, infrastructures, stations and tunnels in a broad sense. The purpose of the assignment is to anticipate the security risks and manage the internal emergency number (aspect Safety). The security assignments will relate, among other things, to physical monitoring and in particular: a) the anticipation of safety risks: 1 °) Access checks et security rounds in the places, on the set -up tracks and in other places (including access controls and virtual monitoring remotely); 2 °) "Sweeping" of the vehicles (service and private vehicles, metro, tram, bus) or of STIB stations; 3 °) other security and security tasks and/or other STIB sites; 4 °) surveillance rounds in the locations determined by STIB (deposits, stations, vehicles, etc.) in function of the evolution of unfortunate behavior and associated risks (eg graffiti and tagging, intentionally on fire of vehicles); 5 °) detecting suspicious objects and suspicious behavior; 6 ° ...
