Description:
This order concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the phased delivery for HHLeuven of probably 12 mobile or semi-mobile operating tables and related equipment for the operating room and the minor surgery room. The framework agreement has a planned term of eight (8) years.
The order includes the supply of new operating tables, trolley(s) intended for cleaning operating tables, traction table(s) and carbon table(s) (either via specific attachments or via a separate table top), as well as the supply of accessories.
The phased demolition, dismantling and removal of the existing 5 operating columns, operating tables and related accessories are also part of this assignment.
With this framework agreement, the contracting authority aims to realize a sustainable, high-quality and maintenance-friendly solution that facilitates daily use in a optimally supports a high-tech and demanding environment.
Occasional joint assignment (Article 48)
The assignment is an occasional joint assignment as provided for in Article 48, whereby the contracting authority also acts on behalf of other contracting Plexus hospitals, see 2. identity of the Contracting Authority.
