The Board wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for this assignment. The purpose of the framework agreement is to appoint a media agency for: • Setting up and implementing various digital and non-digital campaigns for different target groups. The creative partOdisee is largely responsible for the campaigns - we are mainly looking for performance management in this area; •Optimizing and monitoring SEA campaigns for Odisee tailored to SEO; •Get learnings and insights from Google Analytics 4 based on correct tracking fromGoogle Tag Manager. It aims to establish a framework that will serve as a basis for the award of future individual partial assignments (orders). The framework agreement does not create any exclusive rights for the contractor. The estimated orders are not binding.
