- Framework agreement for major HVAC repair, replacement, adaptation and expansion works. During these projects, heat pumps, heating, cooling, distribution systems, air groups, ventilation and controls are installed. This takes place in district houses, swimming pools, sports halls, museums, living groups, offices and other buildings of the city of Antwerp's heritage. Explanation: Certain orders concern a work assignment that includes three separate parts on which each separate part, the clauses and conditions of these specifications apply: • the works for repairing, adapting, expanding or replacing the installations; • the paintings concerning the first part; • the insulation works and their painting works. This concerns larger works (more than 30,000 euros per partial assignment). This assignment relates to the following activities, as included in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): - 42500000-1 Refrigeration and ventilation equipment - 42520000-7 Ventilation equipment - 45331000-6 Installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning - 45331100-7 Installation of central heating - 45331210-1 Installation of ventilation systems This public contract aims concluding a framework agreement with 3 participants, provided that the number of suitable quotations is sufficiently large.
